1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that websites store on the user's device while browsing. They are used to remember preferences, maintain sessions and collect statistical information.
2. Cookies and technologies used on this site
- Own technical cookies: necessary for the site to work (session and browsing preferences). They are exempt from consent under art. 22.2 LSSI.
- Booking engine (ICNEA): when you open the booking engine or a property's availability calendar, content hosted on ICNEA servers is loaded, which sets its own session cookies. They are necessary to check availability and complete the booking, that is, to provide a service expressly requested by the user. On property pages this content is not loaded until you press the corresponding button.
- Vercel analytics: we measure site use in aggregate form through Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies or persistent identifiers and does not allow you to be personally identified or tracked across different websites.
- Tally forms: where advanced forms hosted on Tally are used, that provider may set its own technical cookies necessary to submit the form.
3. Advertising and tracking cookies
This site does not use advertising, remarketing or social media cookies, nor cookie-based analytics tools such as Google Analytics or third-party pixels. Should any of these be introduced in the future, a consent management platform (cookie banner) would be installed beforehand, and no non-exempt cookie would be activated until your express consent had been obtained.
4. Legal basis
Technical cookies and those necessary to provide a service expressly requested by the user are exempt from consent under article 22.2 LSSI. Any other cookie would require your prior, informed and unambiguous consent.
