2. Data we collect
Through the forms on this website we collect the following data that you provide: name, email address, international prefix and telephone number, information about your property (where applicable) and any other information you include in the message field.
We also collect aggregated, anonymous browsing data (page views, approximate country, device type) through Vercel analytics, which uses no cookies or persistent identifiers and does not allow you to be personally identified.
If you make a booking through the booking engine, the booking data is additionally processed on the platform of our provider ICNEA, as set out in section 6.
3. Purpose
Data is processed to respond to enquiries, prepare income estimates for owners, manage bookings and send communications relating to the services requested. No profiling or automated decision-making with legal effects is carried out.
4. Legal basis
The consent you give by ticking the acceptance box and submitting your data (art. 6.1.a GDPR), and the performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures where a booking or management agreement exists (art. 6.1.b GDPR). The legitimate interest in measuring website use in aggregate form covers our cookieless analytics (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
5. Retention
Data is retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry or provide the service, and then blocked for the applicable statutory limitation periods (generally up to six years for commercial and tax purposes).
6. Recipients and processors
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. To provide the service we rely on the following providers, acting as data processors under a contract signed in accordance with art. 28 GDPR:
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting and aggregated cookieless analytics.
- Resend — delivery of the emails generated by the contact forms.
- ICNEA — booking engine and management of accommodation bookings.
- Tally — advanced owner forms, where used.
- Public authorities and law enforcement bodies, where there is a legal obligation (for example, the traveller registry).
7. International transfers
Some of the providers listed are established outside the European Economic Area or may process data on servers located outside it. In those cases, transfers are covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or by an adequacy decision, ensuring a level of protection equivalent to the European one.
8. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by sending a request to info@inmomasholidays.com together with a copy of your identity document. You may also withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing, and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
9. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures to safeguard your data and prevent unauthorised access, including encryption of communications and restricted access to information.
10. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect regulatory changes or new services. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
