Booking terms
1. Booking process
Bookings are made through the search engine on this website, which shows real-time availability. You select your dates and the number of guests, review the itemised total price and confirm payment. You will receive a confirmation email with the booking details and instructions for accessing the property.
2. Price and payment
The price shown in the search engine is the final price of the stay. It includes full preparation of the property (bed linen, towels, kitchenware and inspection by our team). It does not include tourist taxes applicable in the relevant municipality, which will be paid, where applicable, in accordance with local regulations in force. Payment is made securely through the booking engine's payment gateway.
3. Security deposit
Some properties require a refundable security deposit, the amount of which is stated on each property page before payment is confirmed. The deposit is returned in the days following departure, once the condition of the property has been verified.
4. Cancellation
Cancellation terms are shown during the booking process and in the confirmation email. As a general rule: cancellations more than 28 days in advance are free of charge; between 28 and 14 days, 50% of the amount is retained; with less than 14 days, 100% is retained. Exact terms may vary depending on the property and the season; the terms shown in the booking engine at the time of booking prevail.
5. Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 5:00 pm and check-out before 10:00 am. Our team coordinates key handover and is available for any issue during the stay.
6. House rules
- Respect neighbours' rest, especially between 10:00 pm and 9:00 am.
- Smoking indoors is not permitted, unless expressly stated on the property page.
- Pets are only allowed in properties that expressly state so.
- The number of guests may not exceed the number stated in the booking.
- Any damage must be reported to our team immediately so it can be resolved promptly.
7. Liability
Inmomás Holidays acts as manager of the property on behalf of the owner. It is not liable for incidents outside the direct management of the accommodation (utility outages, building works nearby, etc.), although it will provide assistance to minimise their effects. Guests are advised to take out travel insurance covering unforeseen events.
