What exactly is a monthly stay?
Rentals of 1 to 11 months under a temporary contract, for people who need to live on the Costa Blanca for a while without committing to a full year: work assignments, remote work, a renovation, a purchase in progress or a trial season before moving.
What does the home include?
Homes fully equipped to live in from day one: furniture, complete kitchen, bed linen and appliances. Each listing details its exact equipment and the condition in which it is delivered.
How do utilities work?
With clear written conditions before signing: which utilities are included, which are paid separately and how they are calculated. No surprises on the first bill.
What duration can I book?
Between 1 and 11 months, depending on each home’s availability. If your dates are flexible, tell us — sometimes a slightly different start or end date means a better home or a better price.
Is there support during the stay?
Yes, the same local operation as our holiday rentals: issues handled by our maintenance team, direct communication via WhatsApp or phone, and a home checked before you move in.
Are families and pets welcome?
Families, of course. Pets depend on the home and its community rules: mention it in your enquiry and we will tell you which available options accept them.
What do I need to book?
Your dates, the number of people and a contact. We handle every monthly stay personally: we propose the homes that fit, answer your questions and formalise the temporary contract in writing.
